City to Surf August 2007

In an effort to raise funds for AFC and ACC, a number of volunteers set off on the 14kms walk from the City to Bondi Beach.

We would like to thank all our supporters and sponsors.  We have managed to raise close to $4000 for AFC and over $2000 for ACC, certainly more profitable then filling up thousands of cups of water and handing them out.

In addition, as a result of the campaign, we not only raised public awareness through our friends and clients, but raised an additional $2000 for our Establishment Appeal.

Hopefully next year we can get a few more people to join us – if I can do it (as unfit as I am – anyone can! No excuses :)))

Only another $422,000 to go…..
